RMS Queen Mary 2

O RMS Queen Mary 2 (QM2) é um navio transatlântico da Cunard Line nomeado em homenagem ao seu antecessor o Queen Mary. Durante a construção em 2003, pelo estaleiro Chantiers de l'Atlantique, ele foi o mais longo, mais largo e mais alto navio de passageiros já construido, pesando 148,528 toneladas. Perdeu o título de mais pesado em Abril de 2006 para o Freedom of the Seas, operado pela Royal Caribbean International, pesando 154,407 toneladas. Nos outros parâmetros o QM2 é maior, dado o facto de ser um transatlântico e não um navio cruzeiro, além de ganhar em altura, largura, comprimento e também na largura da linha d'água não sendo superado por qualquer outro navio de passageiros. Os luxos do Queen Mary 2 incluem 15 restaurantes e bares, cinco piscinas, um casino, um salão de baile, um teatro e um planetário.
